The rights holder of FOC World materials is the individual entrepreneur Niyazov Bolatbek Uzakbayevich (IIN 860307300572), Republic of Kazakhstan. The federation has run mental arithmetic olympiads since 2015.

The “FOC World Federation” software suite is entered in the State Register of Rights to Objects Protected by Copyright of the Republic of Kazakhstan: certificate No. 77178 of 5 August 2026.

• the FOC World trainer and its source code, including the task generator, training modes and battles;
• the portal for learning centres and the FOC World mobile apps;
• the texts of the rules and regulations of olympiads and Online FOC, including the description of classes, task scenarios and the scoring system;
• olympiad tasks, protocols, rankings and results;
• diplomas, certificates, letterheads, the logo, brand identity and design;
• texts, photos, videos, clips and presentations.

These materials are protected by the copyright and related rights law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by international treaties.

Without the written consent of the rights holder, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, adapted, published or otherwise used in whole or in part, including:

• presenting FOC World tasks, rules, protocols or diplomas as your own;
• copying the source code, interface or design of the trainer and the portal into other software;
• running events under the names FOC World, Online FOC or similar names, or using our logo and brand identity;
• automatically collecting tasks, results and rankings from the site and the platform.

Without separate permission you may:

• link to focworld.com and our pages;
• quote materials for informational and educational purposes to the extent justified by the purpose, naming “FOC World” and linking to the source;
• as a learning centre taking part in olympiads, use materials inside the platform to prepare your students, print diplomas and protocols of your participants and publish their results.
